In this workshop, students will learn how to create soft pastel food art on black paper. They will explore the brilliant colors of soft pastels and learn to create tonal effects using finger color blending, shadows, and textured shading. In addition, students will learn to create a harmonious composition with intense colors and how to break a complicated scene down into manageable steps.
