Our Portfolio Preparation Course welcomes students who intend to pursue art at High School level as well as for those who are applying to go to Art College (e.g. NAFA and Lasalle) or SOTA (School of the Arts). This preparatory course will encourage students to develop their ideas through research and working on personal projects. Subjects covered include drawing from observation, idea development, collage,  3D, multiple medium artwork and developing personal projects. In this course, students will be exposed to historical and contemporary art practices as well as advice on curation for their portfolios. Students are guided to create works of a substantial degree of quality for audition purposes. Students  learn how to consolidate ideas and present their works using the relevant medium or mixed medium. Our aim is for our students to gain enough exposure and confidence to be able to perform well in the art schools they intend to go.
